RANDY HOLLOWAY

Producer/Writer

Holloway is the founder of Randy Holloway Entertainment. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts for Siena Heights University after attending The Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts. Randy is an award-winning writer, producer, director, Sundance Institute Fellow, NYFA ARTSPIRE artist, and currently serves as a writer and producer for the "The  Dr. Nandi Show," and previously for Fox Television.

Mr. Holloway has been in the entertainment industry for nearly two decades, producing and directing three feature films, including the emotionally charged "Bianca Who Did This to You?" He has worked with major broadcast and television networks and brands including WeTV, Ford, Jack Daniels, Kumho Tire, Oxygen, OWN, BET, NBC, Columbia Pictures, and Fox, among others. Randy is also the host of "Reel Detroit", an entertainment show where he interviews A-List celebrities as they promote their upcoming films.

CHEVONNE "CHEVY" WILSON

ROLE: TASHA

As a Detroit native, Chevonne Wilson fell in love with performing arts at church where she was first introduced to musical theatre in her teenage years. She continued to grow in ballet, tap and musical ability from childhood to adulthood eventually metamorphosing from theatre to film. While on stage at Detroit Repertory Theatre she was handpicked for the role of Mamie Till in “Till We’re Free”, where she first discovered her love of various accents and eventually incorporated the ability to convey characters from the ages of 14 to 86 in other roles, allowing her audiences to take a journey with every character in each film, television or web series and play. She continues to explore and expand in multiple productions that have been viewed on Amazon, Netflix or YouTube including Swing Low, Bianca, Bennett Song Family, Ten Minutes to Earth, Switch, The Denny Dooley Story just to name a few. She has won awards in film and is beyond excited to be part of the talented cast of Beautifully Unlayered. 

JOSH BARTLETT

ROLE: DR. PETERSON

AA versatile talent, Josh Bartlett (Dr. Peterson) tells tales through rich and resonant performances in works modern and classic, on both the stage and screen. A resident of Ferndale, MI where he works as a performer and writer, Josh can be seen in films like 'Detroit,' and can be heard showcasing his vocal talents in a number of national broadcast ads. After recently filming the first season of TV's 'Smokin Good' last fall, he's pleased to return for his third project with Director Shiek Mahmud-Bey.

DON SNIPES

ROLE: BRANDON

Over the past decade, Don Snipes has continued to push forward in the entertainment industry. Don’s love for the theatre is where his journey began. Don has played the role of actor, utilized his ability as a writer, and displayed his artistic vision as a director. After two seasons of playing “Lance”, a comedic character, on MyTV20’s, Because We’re Men, Don started to pick up more dramatic roles. Don is currently starring in Zachery Cunningham’s debut feature film, In a Sentimental Mood. The film has been picked up for distribution and selected to open for the Detroit Black Film Festival. After a few years of consistently acting in various shows and amid his acting jobs, Don capitalized on his experiences to begin directing projects. This move led him to working with more notable talents like: Jackie Harry of 227 and Sister Sister; Clifton Powell of Saints and Sinners, as well as Vivica A. Fox of Set It Off, and many more. A pivotal moment in Don’s career was when he directed a production at the historic Detroit Opera House. To highlight more of his works, at the end of August, Don expanded his work portfolio by adding First Assistant Director and Co-writer to his many talents for the socially conscious project, Melanin, a Darren Brown film. He has also starred in another socially conscious short film, Right On, where he plays a Black Activist, writer living in Detroit during the aftermath of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King. Staying busy, Don currently stars in The Youser’s with Lulu Dahl on Amazon Prime. Don can also be seen in Dymez set to release in October 2021. These days, Don is currently working on a script for an Atlanta-based production and looks forward to continuing to explore all his creative talents in every aspect of the field.

CIARAH ARMAANI

ROLE: VALERIE

Spring Lyons is a distinctive natural beauty based out of Atlanta, GA. She can play energetic yet sarcastic characters, and on a flip of a dime can be innocent yet a sinister villain. Spring was cast in her first role in 2011 and has been training ever since. She graduated from Motion Picture Institute (MPI) in Troy, MI in 2016. In 2017 she religiously started taking weekly classes with her Mentor Rich Goteri at the Goteri Creative Arts in Ferndale, MI. In November of 2020 she uprooted her life to Atlanta. 

She has since been training with people like Wendy Alane Wright one of Hollywood’s biggest former talent managers in LA. She currently trains at the Houde School of Acting based in Cleveland, OH. 

Spring has two short films on the festival circuit, Saving Grace and Project Horror of which she plays the lead in. Saving Grace and Project Horror have both won awards such as: People’s Choice; Best Editing; Best Supporting Actor (Project Horror); Best 

Lead Actor; Best Director; Best Cast; Best 

Cinematography; and Best Fight Choreography (Saving Grace). Be sure to keep up with her on

Ciarah Amaani, Detroit native, is a budding up and coming actress destined to perform since the age of 3. While receiving a bachelor’s in fine arts at Wayne State University, she received a scholarship to study Film/TV at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts in Sydney, Australia. She spent 3 years touring the U.S. on multiple tours while in living New York. She's compassionate and diligent in the way she approaches her work and is very proud of the media portfolio she's building including popular works on Tubi, Amazon, TvOne, and YouTube: Dear Future Husband, First Date, Fatal Attraction (tv series)  the upcoming season of McGraw Ave and the sequel The Bag Girls 2. She has been and continues to be involved in multiple award winning projects including the Block Watch (web-series), Grinding Doubt (pilot) , and The Musical Adventures of Afro Bonzai (table -read). She is extremely grateful to be part of the phenomenal cast of Beautifully Unlayered and is positive this project will leave a much-needed lasting impact.

SAG-E Midwest actor and model, that first stepped foot in the industry at the age of 5 years old. Angel can be found on the front of Carson Dellosa Summer Bridge Edition books, Nike 
Kid Foot Locker commercial, Cheryl's Cookies ads. 
Angel can been seen the Christmas movie, Christmas Collision, releasing October 8, 2021 and in a tv series due for release in early 2022 and another one in 2023. Angel loves to dance, read, write scripts, play soccer, and rock climb.
